stunning view

convenient washing machine

we loved the location of listel shinjuku, which was just a short walk from all the excitement but felt so peaceful. opening the window gave us a stunning view, and the buffet breakfast was perfect for our family. having a washing machine was so convenient for us too.

Great spot for exploring!

Just spent 5 nights here with my partner and it was really nice. The staff were super friendly and the location was quiet but still close to Shinjuku center. Comfy bed and the room was clean! Breakfast buffet was tasty too. A bit of a trek to the metro, especially in the heat, but manageable. No Wi-Fi was a bummer.

The room was pretty decent, not too cramped for Tokyo standards. The bed was comfy, definitely had a hard mattress but I slept well. Daily fresh towels were a nice touch. It had all the basics covered but was starting to show its age. The bathroom was clean and had good amenities, though a bit basic overall.
